The Impact You'll make in this Role:

As a Regional Channel Marketer CER (m/f/*) for Commercial Branding and Transportation Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here you will make an impact by:

• activating the channel marketing activities within the CER region, being part of the EMEA Channel Marketing Team for CBTD with a strong focus on activation and results
• driving effective Joint Business Plans with Distributors in your countries, teaming up with the sales teams and account managers to visit customers and be the marketing point of contact
• driving effective communication and activation of NPIs, promotions, channel activities, toolkits and portfolio communications in CER to ensure strong activation and result measurement at channel partner-s side
• being the Go-to person and Ambassador for Channel Marketing in CER
• liaising within the EMEA Segment project teams as Channel Marketing representative to ensure relevant channel tactics and coordinate the activation regionally
• leading special projects on EMEA level for CBTD channel marketing and coordinate the regional implementation
• insight generation from regional channel partners and bring expertise into the EMEA led campaigns and deployed initiatives

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Min. higher professional education level in Business and/or Marketing
• Proven track record of marketing experience in B2B or B2B2C business
• English – Fluent
• Business and customer-driven mindset: Results-oriented, proactive attitude and hands-on mentality. Regular customer visits expected.
• Excellent collaboration and strong communication skills, ability to collaborate on cross-functional level and drive engagement in project groups
• Project management expertise

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in a Channel Marketing role is preferred
• Indirect leadership in cross-functional teams
