To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart, we are currently looking to recruit an
IT Specialist (f/m/d) Laboratory Services Your Responsibilities:
- Provide IT services for our laboratories to ensure a highly integrated and efficient use of IT for enabling our laboratories with solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the laboratory IT services enable delivering our digital and data strategy
- Manage relationships with external service providers for laboratory IT services
- Troubleshoot and analyze applications, interfaces, and systems
- Maintain and keep accurate system documentation, end user knowledge base articles, and work tracking logs
- Further develop and conceptualize specifications and standards
- Provide regular trainings for users and key users
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and apply them to our operations
Your Qualifications:
- University degree in computer science, information technology or a related field or an equivalent qualification
- Expertise in laboratory information systems
- Good knowledge of GxP regulations
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the Biotech industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Fluency in English, intermediate German skills
