As a member of the European Administration team, you’ll support our Senior Vice President of Life Science Business and her group. This role offers the opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to collaborate with a group of dynamic colleagues at the intersection of tech and pharmaceutical science. We plan to fill this role in Munich (Germany). For exceptional candidates we can consider London or Paris.

• Provide traditional executive support for our Senior Vice President of Life Science Business, including but not limited to full calendar management, internal and external communications, international travel arrangements, and expense reporting
• Give administrative support for our Life Science Business team, including but not limited to as-needed meeting scheduling and calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and presentation creation and editing
• Provide project and event management support
• Assist with data entry and maintenance
• Support the arrangement of internal and external meetings, summits, and other events

• At least three years of relevant executive administrative experience; experience supporting account management or sales teams is a major plus
• Advanced organizational skills; project management experience is a plus
• Fluency in English; any additional language is a plus
