For the division Program Management at Adient Aerospace in Kaiserslautern, we are looking for a Serial Production Program Manager (m/f/d)
Your Duties

- Develop and execute production plans for serial production programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while overviewing all program responsibilities
- Be responsible for the execution and completion of the assigned projects
- As a project lead, this role will coordinate operational project issues
- Act as an interface function in a project team and between departments, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance teams for seamless program execution
- Be responsible for monitoring program progress, identifying risks, managing costs, and implementing corrective actions as well as product changes to keep projects on track
- Communicate with airline customers and OEMs for inspections and logistics coordination
- Produce regular status reports for internal and external review
- Support other functions and fill necessary gaps to achieve program milestones and targets
Your Qualification
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience required
- Extensive experience in project management as well as product and process launches
- Good analytical skills, excellent project leadership skills, and team ethos
