As a Senior Consultant, you act as the technical driving force behind complex customer engagements, translating solution architectures into robust, scalable implementations. Leveraging deep expertise and a trusted-advisor mindset, you guide customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions while resolving technical challenges in close collaboration with R&D, Support, and Delivery.

We are looking for a full-time position as of now: (Senior) Product Manager (all genders) -Salesforce Your responsibilites: Drive the execution of Edenred Mobility’s product strategy by defining a clear CRM and SRM vision and aligning the roadmap with business goals Collaborate across engineering, finance, customer excellence, and sales to design impactful, cost-efficient product solutions Lead the full product lifecycle — from ideation and research to delivery, iteration, and optimization based on data and feedback Translate business needs into precise product specifications, ensuring quality outcomes through close work with Product Owners and Tech Leads Foster strong stakeholder relationships, communicate key milestones, and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Your profile: Hold a strong academic foundation in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology and bring extensive experience in Salesforce product management within innovative, tech-driven environments such as start-ups or scale-ups Combine strategic vision with deep, hands-onexpertise in product discovery, user research, agilemethodologies, and prioritization frameworks, using modern product management tools Communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels, demonstrating leadership, end-to-end product lifecycle management, and a solid understanding of CRM deployment and information system impacts Operate with a data-driven, agile, and transformation-oriented mindset, leveraging insights and metricsto guide decisions and drive impact Fluent in English, with German or another European language considered a strong advantage What do we offer?

Your Profile Degree in economics, information systems or equivalent qualification Long-standing practical experience in backend development, ideally in financial services or with large-scale platforms Proven skills in Java (17 or higher, ideally 21+), Spring Boot, Oracle databases, SQL, and API management Strong fundamentals in software development, OOP, design patterns, concurrency, and TDD as well as a deep understanding of microservice architectures and distributed systems Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Azure DevOps), test automation (JUnit, Mockito), and Git Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor others Skills in IT risk management, secure development practices, Containerisation (OpenShift), orchestration, and Kafka as well as with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana); cloud technologies and agile frameworks are a bonus Excellent problem-solving, communicative and stakeholder management skills Strong agile and collaborative mindset as well as the ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor others A passion for innovation and a feel for sustainable solutions Fluency in English, knowledge of German is a plus We offer many benefits Company pension plan, capital-building offers, free Deutschlandticket & bicycle leasING, company restaurant Hybrid working: In addition to working in the office, you can also work remotely – within operational, regulatory and legal requirements.

Führung & Steuerung: Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Teilprojektleitung oder in einer vergleichbaren leitenden Projektrolle im SAP Berechtigungsumfeld und bringst ein starkes Verständnis für Projektmanagement-Methoden mit.
