For our SAP division, we are looking for a
SAP Inhouse Consultant PDM / PLM (m/f/d) This is a full-time position which can be based in one of our locations: Ettlingen in Germany, Porto in Portugal or Fällanden in Switzerland.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Act as project team member or work stream lead with reporting line to SAP Manager Logistics&Operations
- Implement SAP solutions (customizing, functional testing, training, etc.) for PDM/PLM and Document Management
- Contribute efficiently to all phases of an SAP implementation project life cycle including documentation
- Consult the global Business community in the Product Data Management, Product Lifecycle Management and related areas like Document Management.
- Drive the Business organization in the definition and the creation of Business Requirements, be accountable for the creation of Solution Proposals
- Design process solutions, create functional specification documents and act as broker between the Business and the Global IT organization
- Align new solutions with your SAP PDM/PLM stakeholders (Subject-Matter experts, SAP Key-Users and external 3rd Party Service Providers)
- Manage and conduct workshops and trainings with SAP Key-Users
- Support and improve existing business operations by solving SAP support tickets (service requests, incidents and minor changes)
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree
- Diplom / Master's degree
- Adequate qualification in SAP ERP consultancy area
- Ability to manage conflict situations
- Able to provide and receive constructive feedback
- Able to quickly adapt to new situations and to work autonomously
- Assertiveness
- Excellent English language skills, German is a plus
- Flexibility and seeing change as an opportunity
- Sense of responsibility
- Solution oriented work attitude
- Team player with good time management
