Quality Manager (m/f/d)

- You will act as the interface to our Electronics customers and coordinate all bulk gas related quality topics and manage the Quality site from ramp up to operation phase
- You will develop a profound understanding of the customer quality requirements and will carry them into the Air Liquide organization
- You will ensure the implementation of customer quality requirements are met while continuously increase customer satisfaction and maintain and improve the customer-supplier relationship
- You will collect, understand, process, evaluate and channel various customer requirements and inquiries and coordinate specific customer projects within the bulk gas perimeter
- You will drive the implementation, operation and maintenance of the Process Control System (PCS) by statistical process control for all applicable in-process and CQC perimeter in bulk gas supply and related customer communication
- You will analyze and maintain equipment and metrology capability logs as well as manage and facilitate bulk gas specific audits (including certificate checks)
- You will handle complaints and non-conformities during installation & operation phase
- Within our global organization you will work with other regional teams as a community
- You will identify, report and analyze the causes of quality problems and drive improvements in product and process quality (8D methodology)
- You will follow up and drive defined corrective actions and preventive actions and process Quality related complaints and change requests
- You will notify and flag for any operation or activity not complying with approved quality management rules or procedures
- During project and operation phase you will review and archive current specifications agreed with the customer and own the document management
- You will validate, send and tracking process change notifications, and share customer feedback with process owners

- University degree in Physical Science or Engineering or Chemistry related
- Knowledge of the production and handling of high-purity carrier gasses (Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, Hydrogen & Helium) in semiconductor industry
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Experience in 8D Methodology and QC- Tools
- Profound knowledge of quality management systems, quality assurance and control and quality continuous improvement as well as knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and PFMEA
- Strong knowledge in SPC, SQC and Process Control Systems
- Good user skills in MS Office/Google
- Experience in intercultural communication
- Strong organizational skills, excellent teamwork capabilities
