Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities
- Developing a deep understanding of IATF 16949 standards and ensuring compliance across all relevant sites
- Providing guidance and support to our sites in implementing IATF 16949 standards effectively
- Managing and maintaining standards to meet customer and market quality needs and achieve business targets
- Aligning processes, systems, and tools where applicable
- Sharing experiences and knowledge with other Business Units to foster cross-functional learning and improvement
- Supporting claim and complaints investigations to ensure prompt resolution and continuous improvement
- Lead or support quality-related improvement projects with customers and/or internal functions.
- Managing monthly reporting and analysis including KPI development
- Leading continuous improvement processes

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration)
- Professional experience in the field of quality, commercial roles or technical service
- Experience in working with IATF 16949
- Background in the Automotive or paints and coatings industry beneficial
- Experience with different Quality Systems and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Very good skills in both German and English
