1NRM Manager is a key position in charge of planning, coordinating and delivering the change agenda needed to deliver these results and embed the capability in the Germany, Austria and Switzerland Business Unit. The role is a part of the 10+ Net Revenue & Sales Force Effectiveness team and has indirect people management responsibilities. ResponsibilitiesOwn the Net Revenue Growth Management agenda in DACH, working cross-functionally and being the functional expert for the business unitLead the end-to-end coordination and planning of yearly pricing plans, working with sales and marketing teams to deliver holistic and sustainable price plansEnsure promotion effectiveness management process is embedded and followed to optimize sales and trade marketing promotional spendOrganise and kick-off pack-price architecture workshops together with marketing teamsPartner with sales to evaluate customer growth framework and deliver category & brand growth plansOwn the NRM capability building agenda for business unitRequirementsExceptional proficiency in key Revenue Growth Management (RGM) levers including pricing, promotions, and trade investment3-5 years of pertinent experience in sales and/or marketing rolesPreferred 2+ years of experience in Net Revenue Management (NRM), Revenue Growth Management (RGM), or pricing functionsAbility to lead cross-functional initiatives and foster change effectivelyStrong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisionsProficiency in English required, with a preference for candidates who also have a good command of German Care to join us.Partner-Anzeige23.05.2024Marketing, Medien, PR
