Deine Aufgaben Organisation und Koordination von kleinen bis großen Auf- und Abbauten bei Veranstaltungen Abstimmung von Anforderungen und Rahmenbedingungen mit Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern Nachbereitung von Projekten sowie Sicherstellung der vollständigen Informationsweitergabe Kontrolle, Dokumentation und Verwaltung von Materialien vor Ort Koordination von Fremdmaterial und externen Dienstleistern vor Ort Organisation und Überwachung der Reinigung und Pflege des Equipments Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Reklamationen sowie Abweichungen Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen Das bringst du mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Hotel, Gastronomie, Catering, Eventmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung Führerschein der Klasse B und hohe Reisebereitschaft, da ein Großteil der Arbeit direkt bei den Projekten vor Ort stattfindet Erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und -motivation Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Hohes Organisationsgeschick sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsfähigkeit Kunden- und serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln Das bekommst du von uns We create your atmosphere – Kreativität trifft Freiheit: Dein persönliches Jahresbudget erlaubt es dir, genau das Mobiliar zu wählen das deine persönliche Veranstaltung bei dir zu Hause zum Highlight werden lässt.
