YOUR PROFILE Experience in production planning, production control, manufacturing, operations, or a comparable environment Strong understanding of how individual production steps influence the overall production output Experience coordinating multiple teams or production activities on the shop floor Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to align Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, PJM, and Management Structured, solution-oriented, and able to remain effective when priorities and conditions change Comfortable working as the central interface between planning and execution Strong ownership and the ability to identify problems and drive solutions independently German (C1 minimum) and English (B2 minimum) Willingness to work 95% on-site across our Garching and Taufkirchen locations Nice to have: Experience in aerospace, automotive, or another complex manufacturing environment. Basic understanding of metal processing and/or fiber composite manufacturing. Experience with production planning or project management. Experience working in environments with multiple manufacturing technologies or facilities.
