To strengthen our team in Winnenden (Stuttgart Area) as soon as possible, we are looking for a dedicated

Your role:

This role reports to the LVP Legal Affairs EMEA and Global Privacy Officer

Daily legal support to the multiple companies across the EMEA region
Reviewing, drafting, and advising on commercial contracts such as supply, distribution and service contracts
Work on projects related to Competition Law
Reviewing and drafting legal documents for campaigns
Collating billing information
Assisting with signing and closing procedures, as well as collating signature packs and executing documents
Involvement in business projects to cover the legal roll-out
Conducting legal research

Your profile:

Fully qualified lawyer in the EEA or UK with a wide range of PQE experience
Proven experience in commercial/contract law, ideally in an international environment
Experience and knowledge in competition/cartel law preferential
Experience in data privacy is a plus but not a must
Willingness to communicate (verbally and in writing) clearly and effectively with business stakeholders at all levels
Business English essential
Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic business approach
Pro-active team player that can also work independently and prioritise in accordance with business’s needs
