Your area of responsibility:
- General support of the online sales team in dynamic day-to-day business
- Assumption of own areas of responsibility:
- Maintaining and updating product and master data in our ERP system
- Managing and optimizing product detail pages across various marketplaces and our online shops
- Independently listing our products on key online marketplaces such as Amazon, Kaufland, eBay, and Shop-Apotheke and other marketplaces
- Providing operational and administrative support to our Content Manager and the Marketing Department
- Collaborating with our Content Manager to further develop and enhance our Amazon Brand Store
What distinguishes you:
- You are currently enrolled in a relevant field of study, ideally with a focus on e-commerce.
- You enjoy working in a team and act as a key interface with departments like marketing and graphics.
- You’re passionate about digital topics, especially e-commerce and emerging trends.
- You have strong written communication skills.
- You’re confident using office applications — functions like VLOOKUP in Excel are no mystery to you.
- You have a good command of both German and English.
- You are based in or near the Düsseldorf/Cologne area
