Senior Product Manager (m/w/d) Consumer & Customer Experience Platform

As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and leading multiple strategic products (such as our website factory platform and Customer Contact Center) that are core to the business of Consumer Health. This role involves setting the strategic vision for the products as well as managing the product backlog prioritizing the work of the assigned squads, to achieve the vision and aligned business outcomes.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the strategic direction of products, ensuring accessibility and personalization while balancing user and stakeholder needs
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, optimizing capabilities to drive business outcomes efficiently
- Develop and execute comprehensive roadmaps aligned with user needs and business objectives
- Implement agile best practices and Design Thinking to prioritize problems and enhance usability
- Streamline backlog management, track progress, and continuously refine product features based on user feedback
- Educate stakeholders on accessibility and personalization, fostering an inclusive product culture
- Drive technology simplification, reusability, and scalability within the IMPACT architecture
- Establish continuous feedback loops to refine personalization features and meet evolving user needs
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Several years of product management experience, including experience working with Agile development and DevOps
- Very good ability to inspire, motivate, and lead cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of UX, usability, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and foster strong relationships across teams
- Expertise in web technologies, CMS platforms (especially Drupal), and third-party API integrations, including hands-on experience with Acquia products
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Product Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification
- Experience in UI development using the Lightning Component Framework and Aura
- Very good analytical skills, ability to apply Design Thinking, and a continuous learning mindset, including advancements in AI
