The flat is located on the ground floor in the front part of the house (street: Großbeerenstraße). There is a living-/bedroom, which is facing the front of the house, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub as well as a corridor with a small corner for storage.
The flat was renovated in 2020. All walls haven been painted in 2020 and a high-quality vinyl floor with wood look was installed in 2020 in the corridor, the living-room and the kitchen. Teh flat got fully furnished out in 2020 as well.
Due to personal needs the flat will be rented for two years with a minimum duration twelve month.
