Exide Technologies’ Energy Solutions division is developing and manufacturing stationary energy storage batteries, from backup power to large-scale storage systems (BESS and C&I). Our storage systems are used in UPS, Telecom, Datacenters, Public Transport, in Front-of- and Behind-the-Meter applications and many more.

For our fast-growing division Energy Solutions in Büdingen (Germany) or Helmond (Netherlands) at the earliest possible date we are looking for an enthusiastic

Marketing Communications Manager Energy Solutions Global B2B (full- or part-time)

to plan and support the global marketing activities in our rapidly growing Energy Solutions division, with focus on stationary battery storage systems (BESS). This role bridges technology, marketing, and communication —translating technical capabilities into compelling value propositions and digital marketing strategies.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, your mission will be to develop and execute international marketing strategies for the Energy Solutions division.

This role can focus on marketing management or content creation. If you feel that your strengths lie primarily in content creation, you are still very welcome to apply for that role.

What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?

• Define and implement go-to-market marketing programs and awareness plans for new products, systems and solutions
• Position the division as a thought leader in sustainable energy storage
• Support the sales team with targeted marketing assets, messaging, and campaigns
• Translate complex solutions into compelling stories and campaigns
• Analyze markets and identify audience-specific messaging and media channels
• Manage agency relationships and coordinate internal stakeholders
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI metrics
• Represent the marketing perspective in cross-functional project teams

What we ask for:

• B2B marketing experience (5+ years), ideally in the energy, industrial, or technology sector
• Proven ability to position complex technical systems in a commercial context
• Strategic thinker with strong execution and project management skills
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Experience with CRM, CMS, and marketing analytics tools
• Willingness to travel across Europe
