Linux Admin (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung beim Betrieb, der Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Linux-Infrastruktur (vorwiegend Debian-basiert).
• Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Optimierung von Monitoring- und Logging-Lösungen (z. B. ELK Stack).
• Unterstützung bei der Migration und Integration von Systemen in Richtung Open-Source- und Containerlösungen.
• Mitarbeit beim Betrieb von Container-Umgebungen (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Unterstützung interner Anwender bei IT-Themen.
• Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl und Einführung neuer Tools im Rahmen unserer Open-Source-Strategie.

Dein Profil

• Erste Erfahrung in der Linux-Administration oder starkes Interesse (z. B. durch Projekte, Ausbildung oder Home-Lab).
• Grundverständnis von Systemarchitektur, Netzwerken und IT-Sicherheit.
• Erste Berührungspunkte mit Tools wie Git, Docker, Kubernetes oder Monitoring-Lösungen von Vorteil.
• Interesse an Open-Source-Technologien und modernen IT-Infrastrukturen.
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
• Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse.

Linux Admin (m/f/d) What You’ll Do

• Support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Linux infrastructure (primarily Debian-based).
• Assist in operating and improving monitoring and log management systems (e.g., ELK stack).
• Contribute to the migration and integration of systems towards open-source and containerized solutions.
• Support container environments (Docker/Kubernetes) and help ensure reliable operations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support internal users in day-to-day IT topics.
• Assist in evaluating and integrating new tools and technologies in line with our OSS strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• First experience in Linux system administration or a strong personal interest (e.g., through projects, labs, or training).
• Basic understanding of system architecture, networking, and security principles.
• Familiarity with tools or technologies such as Git, Docker, Kubernetes, or monitoring solutions is a plus.
• Interest in open-source technologies and modern infrastructure environments.
• Structured and reliable working style with attention to detail.
