Business Analyst – Business Development (m/w/d) in Warngau (near Munich) How you’ll make a positive impact:

In this position, you will play a key role in shaping smart business decisions, uncovering new opportunities, and helping us grow our footprint in the drug delivery space.
Focusing particularly on drug delivery, you will conduct detailed research that fuels our business and competitive intelligence while exploring major players, trends, figures, and new technology and clinical areas.
By developing and documenting clear, structured approaches for capturing and sharing industry and competitor insights (such as benchmarking and segmentation), you will make essential knowledge more accessible to our teams and stakeholders.
With your financial acumen, you will craft meaningful business cases, forecast ramp-ups, and calculate project viability, providing direct support for innovation, partnerships, and our general business success.
Always an eye for improvement: You will identify and suggest ways to optimize our internal processes and support thoughtful change.
You will also support our Business Development team, particularly in regard to project planning and ideation, the analytical framework and business intelligence gathering.

Your recipe for success:

An academic degree in life sciences (e.g., biology, chemistry, or pharmaceutics), business, or health economy
In-depth knowledge of business modeling techniques, familiarity with business and project analysis terminology, and proficiency with relevant data analysis tools and technologies, such as Excel and market database platforms.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen (especially regarding business strategy), paired with (scientific/technical) industry knowledge.
Solution driven mindset paired with a hands-on “can do” attitude
Very good command of English (additional German skills are an advantage)
A proactive communication style and the ability to engage with different audiences bringing together various stakeholders in an agile way
